FizzPlays offers free games to play in your browser. Using the website implies accepting this notice. You agree to use the games in good faith, without tampering with scores, without automating games with programs and without attempting to harm the service. We may remove from the leaderboard any scores or nicknames that break these rules or are offensive.

3. Intellectual property

FizzPlays games, texts, designs and logos belong to their owner, except for the third-party elements listed in the credits. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

4. Third-party credits

• Coin Crest uses the 3D model “RobotExpressive” by Tomás Laulhé (Quaternius), modified by Don McCurdy, released under the CC0 license (public domain), to which we have added our own pose and accessories.
• Three.js graphics engine (MIT license).
• Fredoka font (SIL Open Font License), served by Google Fonts.

5. Liability

We work to make sure the games run well, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of bugs. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions or from linked external websites.

6. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer and user protection regulations.
