These terms govern the use of fizzplays.com and its games. By playing, you accept them. The owner of the website is identified in the legal notice.

1. The games

FizzPlays games are free and are played in your browser. Coins, upgrades, surfers, boards and other items are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may change or be rebalanced with updates.

2. Your progress

Your progress is saved in your browser. If you clear the site data or switch browsers or devices, it will be lost. We cannot recover it.

3. Fair play and leaderboard

• You may not tamper with scores, modify the game, use programs that play on their own or exploit bugs to gain an advantage.
• Leaderboard nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate other people or include other people's personal data.
• We may remove from the leaderboard, without prior notice, any scores or nicknames that break these rules.

4. Ads

Some games may offer you the option to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game advantage (for example, continuing your game or doubling your coins). Watching ads is always optional. The reward is only given if the ad is watched to the end.

5. Intellectual property

FizzPlays games, designs, texts and trademarks belong to their owner, except for the third-party elements listed in the legal notice. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission. You are welcome to share links to the games and screenshots of your games.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to make sure the games work well, but they are provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability or that they are free of bugs. We may modify, pause or withdraw any game.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
