1. Who is the data controller
The controller of this website and its games is Lluis Enric Mayans (NIF 46955361-X). You can write to us at lluismayans83@gmail.com with any privacy question.
2. Summary
- To play, you don't need to sign up or give any personal data.
- Your progress (coins, upgrades, high score, settings) is saved only in your browser.
- We measure anonymously how the games are played, in order to improve them.
- Only if you accept cookies do we use Google Analytics to count visits.
- We don't sell data or use it to show you personalized advertising.
3. What data is processed and why
- Game saves (local storage). The game saves your progress and a random identifier in your browser. This is not a cookie and it doesn't leave your device, except for the random identifier that accompanies the measurement.
- Anonymous usage measurement. We record game events (for example, game start and end, distance, ads watched, browser language, whether it's a mobile device and the website you came from). They are linked to that random identifier, not to your name, email or account. This helps us understand what works and improve the game. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the service.
- Weekly leaderboard (optional). If you choose a nickname, it is published next to your score on the leaderboard. Don't use your real name if you don't want to. Legal basis: your consent when you enter it; you can delete it in Settings.
- Security. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address in order to deliver the page to you. We only use it temporarily to prevent abuse (for example, to limit leaderboard submissions) and we don't store it alongside the measurement data.
4. How long data is kept
Anonymous measurement data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Leaderboard scores are stored by week. The save data in your browser remains until you delete it (in Settings → “Delete progress” or by clearing the site data in your browser).
5. Who it is shared with
- Hosting: the website runs on a server contracted from Hostinger, which acts as data processor.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept it): if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages viewed, device type, approximate country and the website you came from) to provide us with statistics. Google acts as data processor and may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw in the cookie policy. It is not used in the Telegram version.
- Font: the pages load the “Fredoka” font from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Advertising on the website: we don't currently show ads on fizzplays.com. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- Advertising on Telegram: when you play Coin Crest inside Telegram (bot @CoinCrestGameBot), ads are served by Monetag (monetag.com). Monetag receives technical data about your device and your IP address, and Telegram provides it with your Telegram user ID, in order to show ads and verify that they have been watched. Rewarded ads are always optional. See Monetag's privacy policy at monetag.com.
- Telegram: if you play inside Telegram, we receive your first name from Telegram only to suggest it as your leaderboard nickname (it isn't published unless you save it), and we keep a copy of your progress in Telegram's cloud storage, linked to your account, so you don't lose it. Telegram processes your data according to its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy).
6. Cookies
FizzPlays doesn't use its own cookies. We only use Google Analytics cookies if you accept them in the notice; more details in the cookie policy. Game saves use the browser's local storage, which is necessary for the game to work.
7. Children
The games are suitable for all ages and don't ask for personal data. If you are a minor, don't use your real name as your leaderboard nickname.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lluismayans83@gmail.com. Because the measurement data is anonymous, please give us the identifier shown in the game if you want us to delete yours. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
