Park Out: free online car parking puzzle – unblock the jam

Park Out is a free logic game where you have to get your car out of a parking lot packed with toy cars and trucks. It’s a sliding block puzzle in the style of Rush Hour or Unblock Me that you can play in your browser, on your phone or on your computer, with nothing to download.

How to play

• Drag the cars with your finger or mouse. Each vehicle can only move forwards or backwards: horizontal ones slide left and right, vertical ones up and down.
• Nothing can pass through another car: if you bump into one, you stop. Move the ones in the way to clear a path.
• Once the lane is clear, drive your car (the red one, or whatever colour you pick in the settings) to the exit on the right.
• Cars take up 2 spaces and trucks take up 3. From the Advanced pack on, you’ll find roadwork barriers that never move.

Stars and minimum moves

• Each drag counts as one move, however far the car slides. Every level shows the fewest moves possible, worked out by computer.
• Match the minimum to earn 3 stars; go a little over for 2; solve it any way you like for 1.
• You can undo as often as you want or restart the level.

Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert and Master: the first levels teach you step by step and the difficulty rises gently up to puzzles of more than 40 moves. Every level can be solved.

Hints and the daily challenge

• Stuck? A hint shows you the next perfect move from wherever you are. You start with free hints and get another one every day.
• The daily challenge is a new level every day, the same for everyone. Keep your streak going!
